Open Roles

We hire across multiple service areas:

  • Personal Care Assistants (PCA)
    Provide daily living support (bathing, grooming, mobility, hygiene).
  • Homemakers & Companions
    Help clients with household tasks, errands, and social support.
  • Qualified Service Providers (QSPs)
    Deliver residential habilitation and extended personal care in home or community settings.
  • Registered Nurses (RNs) / Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
    Provide Nurse Education, oversight, and direct extended care. Must be in good standing with the ND Board of Nursing.
  • Transportation Drivers
    Ensure safe, reliable client transportation to medical, social, and community destinations.

Training & Requirements

All employees receive:

  • Orientation on CHC policies, HIPAA, and client rights
  • Training in safety, abuse prevention, and critical incident reporting
  • Skills checklists and competency reviews before client contact
  • Annual evaluations and ongoing in-service training

Nursing staff receive additional oversight and must maintain active licensure.
